DAR awarded subcontract for Maizon at Brickell

DAR Finish Specialties, Inc. has been awarded subcontract from NET Construction, Inc. to install grout filled hollow metal frames for a 262 apartment building located at the western edge of Brickell.

"Maizon at Brickell broke ground recently at 1100 Southewest 2nd Avenue in the western edge of Brickell.

Developed by Zom and Invesco Real Estate, the mixed-use project entails 262 apartment units, over 350 parking spaces, and 15,300 square feet of retail. The development is expected to be completed in early 2019 with pre-leasing beginning late 2018. ZRS Management will handle leasing and property management."
