DAR awarded subcontract for The Plaza at Park Square Assisted Living Facility

DAR Finish Specialties, Inc. has been awarded subcontract to furnish and install all doors, frames, millwork, door hardware, bath hardware, and shower enclosures for the newest assisted living facility located in Aventura, FL. The building is part of a multi-building development which includes condos and hotels.

"The assisted living facility of the Aventura ParkSquare mixed-use development has broken ground.

Miami-based Integra Investments is the master developer of the 7.5-acre project at 2950 N.E. 207th Street and it has sold some pieces of the site to other developers, as is the case here.

Royal Integra Parksquare Owner, an affiliate of North Miami Beach-based Royal Senior Care Management headed by Abraham Avi Bittan and Integra, obtained a $29.6 million construction loan from Branch Banking & Trust Co. to build 144 assisted living beds.

County records indicate that First Florida Constructors recently commenced construction of the assisted living facility. Royal Integra acquired the 19,168-square-foot site for $7 million in 2016.

Aventura ParkSquare will also include 131 condos, a 100,000-square-foot office building with outdoor event space, a 45,000-square-foot medical wellness center, 55,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and a 207-room Aloft Hotel. Norwich Partners is the developer of the hotel.

Integra obtained a $33.28 million construction loan for the project in 2016 while Norwich Partners secured a $36.7 million loan to build the hotel."
